Your client can explore our map and find areas that are a perfect fit for them. Once they have an area or areas they are interested in, we will match them with a Real Estate Climate Expert to guide them on their purchase journey, keeping you in the loop every step of the way until closing.

All you have to do is fill out the input form with you and your clients information so we can make sure to track their journey. If they decide to move forward with one of our Experts, then we will send you referral paperwork to sign. Once the deal closes, we will send your referral check in the mail to the address provided.

We are actively seeking licensed realtors across the US who are interested in being a part of our climate expert network.

A Real Estate Climate Expert is often a licensed real estate salesperson or broker in the State that they practice, who has the ability to educate their clients on climate issues related to real estate. They should have multiple years of experience in the residential real estate industry and have in-depth knowledge of their area and local market.

Real Estate Agent Experts will typically be sent leads from people looking to relocate to a safer climate area, or sell a home in an area of potential impact. The home buyers will need insight on the new community they are considering, the local real estate market, and the area as a whole. It’s important to understand that these leads may have questions on climate safety, quality of life, and cultural fit in relation to where they are moving from, so experts should expect these questions have insight to provide their clients. A Continuing Education course is recommended for real estate agents to join the expert network. This course is approved for Continuing Education (CE) hours in the state of NY.
